Alomojabanas

INGREDIENTS:

-1 kg of flour

- ½ litre of oil

- 1 and ½ litres of water

- 24 eggs

- Honey

- Sugar


METHOD:

- Put the water and the oil into a frying pan.

- When it boils, add the flour and stir without stopping. Then let it cool.

- Add the eggs and knead the dough thoroughly.

- Preheat the oven at 200ºC ten minutes before baking.

- Make little buns with your hands and wet your fingers with water to avoid the dough being sticked.

- Make a circle in the middle of the buns and put them into the oven at 170ºC for about 20 minutes.

- When they are baked, let them cool and cover them with a honey dissolution and a little of sugar.

- For the honey dissolution, mix half a glass of honey with a glass of water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
