Empanadillas

INGREDIENTS:

- Packet of mixture, dough (La Cocinera o Buitoni brands are good options)

- 1 egg (only if you bake them)

- 3 tins of tuna

- 1 tin of seasoning red peppers (Piquillo red peppers)

- 2 boiled eggs

- Fried tomato


HOW TO MAKE THEM:

- Cut the red pepper and the boiled eggs into small pieces.

- Add the tuna and the fried tomato and mix all these ingredients into a bowl.

- Put a tablespoon of this mixture on each piece of the dough and fold it in half.

- Close the pasties by marking the edges with a fork.

- Fry the pies, the pasties, into boiled oil for about 3 minutes.

- If you prefer, you can bake them. For this option, preheat the oven at 200ºC and

spread the egg over the pasties. Then put them into the oven for 15- 20 minutes.

You can also prepare your own dough in an easy way by mixing 300 grams of flour, 30 ml of oil, 150 ml. of boiled water and a half teaspoon of salt.

YOU WILL HAVE CRUNCHY AND TASTY PIES, WHICH ARE A DELICIOUS STARTER!!!
