INGREDIENTS:
-500 grams of lentils put into water the night before
-Some chards
-A tablespoon of flour
-One onion
-2 carrots
-One tomato
-Oil, salt and saffron
-2 small potatoes
-500 grams pork ribs
-A piece of Jamón
-125 grams chorizo (red Serrano(150 grams) sausage)
-2 boiled eggs
-150 grams green beans
METHOD:
-Rinse the lentils well and put them into a big pressure cooker or pot with a lot o water.
- Add the ribs, the onion and the tomato.
-Just before starting boiling, remove the froth covering the meat.
- Slice the chorizo and chop the jamón serrano. Fry them in a frying pan.
- Incorporate these ingredients to the pot together with the oil of the frying pan, the chards, the beans, the potatoes and the carrots.
- Add a tablespoon of flour, a pinch of salt and saffron.
- Cover the pressure cooker and let the lentils cook for about 45 minutes.
-When they are ready, cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add them to the lentils.
- Serve the lentils with all the other ingredients.
