Russian Salad

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 big potatoes

- 200 grams of mix pickles (1 jar)

- 3 tins of tuna

- 1 tin of seasoning red peppers (Piquillo red peppers)

- 3 boiled eggs

- 180-200 grams of anchovy stuffed olives (1 tin)

- 450- 500 grams of mayonnaise (Hellmann’s or similar)


METHOD:

- Peel the potatoes and boiled them for about 20 minutes.

- Let them cool.

- Chop the potatoes into small pieces without crushing and put them into a bowl.

- Add the tuna after removing the oil.

- Cut the olives and the piquillo red pepper into very small pieces and mix them with the potatoes and the tuna.

- Rinse the pickles in cold water and drain them well.

- Put them into the bowl with the other ingredients.

- Cut 2 and a half of the boiled eggs into small pieces and put them into the bowl, too.(The rest of the egg will be used for final decoration).

- Add a pinch of salt and the mayonnaise.

- Stir the mixture with a spoon thoroughly.

- Decorate the salad with a light layer of mayonnaise and some pieces of boiled egg, olives and stripes of piquillo red pepper.

- Put the salad into the fridge for some hours before tasting it.
