INGREDIENTS FOR 48 PIECES:
- 1 and a half kg of flour
- 350 grams of sugar
- 400 cl. anise
- ½ litre of olive oil
- Sesame
- Lemon peel
- Honey to bathe the cookies
METHOD:
- Flour is poured into a container that is not made of plastic.
- Add the sugar and the anise.
- Fry the lemon peel in a pan. When the lemon is brown, pour the oil into the container where the flour, the sugar and the anise are.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly with a wood spoon until the dough is well made.
- Make the cookies with a mold and put them on a baking sheet using non-stick oven paper.
- Bake them for about 20 minutes until they are brown colour.
- Bath the cookies into honey before serving them.
