Swabian "Pizza"

Remember the fun we had baking Briegelschmiere in the KGW school kitchen?
Ingredients
300g cooked ham
100g raw ham
300g gouda cheese (middle-aged)
100g soft butter
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup whipping cream
½ bund chives (chopped)
½ bund parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, pepper powder
(+ bought vegetarian spread)
7 briegel
Slice the ham into small dices, and grate the cheese. Then whip the cream and add it, with the yoghurt to the foamingly stirred butter. Spice it with salt, pepper and the pepper powder and mix it with the ham, cheese, chives and parsley. Cut the briegels in half and put the mixtures and it. Then bake it in the oven on 180°-200° C (8-10 minutes).
