Ingredients:
- 500g flour
- 20g yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 90g soft butter
- salt
- lemon peel (optional)
- crystal sugar as topic
Put all the ingredients together and form a dough. Knead it and directly after divide it into 16-20 parts. Roll them into finger thick strands and twist them together into their typical form. Lay them onto a greased backing plate and let the dough rise for a little bit and put the crystal sugar on top. Then bake them at 190°C until they have a soft brown touch, around 15-20minutes.
